About the Journal

Knowledge is also a form of care.

Le Art Wellness Journal was born to organise real questions about the face, body, aesthetic technology and well-being into clear, useful and responsible answers.

An editorial project by Le Art Clinic, originally created in European Portuguese for people who want to understand before deciding.

Editorial principles

How we write

Each article answers the main question first, then provides context and clearly explains when an individual assessment is needed.

01

Clarity

Simple language, descriptive titles and a direct answer at the beginning of each guide.

02

Responsibility

No universal guarantees. We highlight limits, contraindications and variability of results.

03

Sources

Technical and clinical topics include recognisable references and the date of publication or review.

04

Practical value

We explain what to ask, what to expect and how to compare options in a more informed way.

Editorial methodology

How we research, write and review.

  1. 01

We start with a real question

We identify search intent and answer the main question without creating repeated pages for small variations of the same expression.

  2. 02

    We consult identifiable sources

For clinical or technical topics, we prioritise health authorities, professional societies and scientific literature. References are visible at the end of each article.

  3. 03

    We distinguish information from promotion

We explain likely benefits, limits, risks and alternatives. When a technology is available at Le Art Clinic, it does not mean that it is suitable for everyone.

  4. 04

We date and update our content

Each article shows its publication and review dates. We update it when relevant evidence emerges, safety information changes or the content needs clarification.

Responsibility

Dr. Ricardo Silva Marques

Responsible for the Wellness area at Le Art Clinic. The articles are signed by the Wellness editorial team, with the sources identified in each publication.

For questions about the content or correction requests, please contact wellness@leartclinic.com.

Transparency

What this blog is — and what it isn't.

The Journal is a source of general information and a gateway to better questions. It does not diagnose, does not prescribe and does not replace a medical consultation or professional evaluation.

When an article describes a technology available at Le Art Clinic, this relationship is indicated by the editorial context itself. The inclusion of a treatment never means that it is suitable for everyone.

The contents can be updated whenever relevant information emerges or it is necessary to increase clarity.
